I’m not from the area, however that didn’t matter to these caring guys who treat every animal as if they are their own. Absolutely brilliant service from vet Lauren and her team. My pooch wasn’t well on a Saturday morning and her behaviour wasn’t right. The guys got me in under an emergency appointment quickly and left no stone un turned. Obviously I needed reassurance there was nothing sinister going on with my fur baby.nLaura was very kind, professional and courteous in explaining and her observations of my pooch.nI’d highly recommend these guys, should I move to the area I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fantastic work and thank you so much for putting my mind at rest. Pooch is currently being monitored for any changes as Lauren recommended.nPhoto of pooch at her best, thanks guys.

Stanley House Colne are always fantastic with Eric. Recently he had an abscess on his bum which the groomer found I rang them up and got him in the same day. 10 days later he had to go back to have a checkup they always bend over backwards to help

Was in with my elderly cat Thursday and Friday last week to see Lauren. As always Lauren was very thorough examining her and always has time to spend without rushing and explains everything to me. She needed bloods and whilst I was waiting in waiting room Victoria saw me and came over asking if everything ok, and how the rest of the cats are. It was lovely to be remembered.nI can’t not mention the reception team as they are always polite, kind and very helpful.

Our cat was shot with an air rifle recently. Stanley House Colne did a wonderful job caring for her. Regular contact with me while she was an in patient and regular follow up visits. I was pleased to see that the follow up visits were included in the price we had paid when we took her home. Thank you to all the staff who have looked after Fluff with such care.

The team as always were remarkable. They listened, I learned and my boy was attended too with professional and compassionate grace. Thank you Stanley House.
