nnI can’t thank Stanley House enough for how amazing they were last night. I wasn’t even registered with them, but when my dog needed to be seen as an emergency they took us in straight away and were so professional, caring and compassionate from start to finish. They treated my girl so gently and made a really stressful situation so much easier. Everything was explained clearly, and she was seen quickly and thoroughly. I’m so grateful for how prompt and kind everyone was — especially Chloe and Leanne I hope I got the names correct, apologies if not. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a practice that truly cares about both pets and owners.
Met with Vet Rory who was one of the best vets I have seen in a long while. Took time to listen, was lovely with my 12 year old dog, Elvis, didn't recommend any unnecessary procedures, talked me through my options and gave advice on each one. I didn't feel rushed even though they were busy and came away feeling much hopeful for my older animal getting what he needs
Stanley House vets were wonderful when I needed emergency vet care on Christmas day. A veterinarian quickly called me back and arranged for us to attend the surgery for medical attention. Staff were very kind and thorough with their care. Thank you.
Had to wait 5 days for my dog to have a blood test, results had came back and only the vet that had seen my dog could give me the results , had to wait until the vet was back on duty, unfortunately not good enough my dog was without medication as the vet was off work for 3 days.nAlways had good experiences herenBut unfortunately i will be looking for different vetsnRecently asked the price for 2 dogs to have Animal health certificate £285.00nWent to another local vets and got the same certificate £150.00
I’m not from the area, however that didn’t matter to these caring guys who treat every animal as if they are their own. Absolutely brilliant service from vet Lauren and her team. My pooch wasn’t well on a Saturday morning and her behaviour wasn’t right. The guys got me in under an emergency appointment quickly and left no stone un turned. Obviously I needed reassurance there was nothing sinister going on with my fur baby.nLaura was very kind, professional and courteous in explaining and her observations of my pooch.nI’d highly recommend these guys, should I move to the area I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fantastic work and thank you so much for putting my mind at rest. Pooch is currently being monitored for any changes as Lauren recommended.nPhoto of pooch at her best, thanks guys.
