Service was a bit slow but the staff reacted after a while. Place is tidy but loads of counters empty.

A young lady served me the other day and It was such a good experience that I found the Manager to tell her. The young lady was warm, friendly, efficient and clearly very good at her job. There is another young lady there with a Newcastle accent that I always find so helpful and informative too. You are clearly doing something well in this branch and whatever it is, I hope you keep hold of it because its special. From a valued customer who appreciates good customer experience. :)

When asked cheapest postage, was told the wrong method which would have wasted me £10, I already knew the cheapest method, and wanted to test them, because I don't trust a single person in this branch. I'm also not convinced the questions about the contents of packages need to be so intrusive "for security reasons".

Best post office by far the staff are always helpful. Great service and lots of information about different products

2014s Post office branch if the year and it's not difficult to see why. Sure the waiting times are sometimes a little high but staff are friendly and efficient and really helpful. Fantastic postal office.
