I had a health check today a nurse called Jodie Grover. What a lovely lady so friendly and kind she took the time to listen to me as I was worried about other health problems which she is going to help me with. I hope this feedback gets back to her. If ever I need to go to a doctor this surgery will be my 1st choice. The receptionist was lovely as well .

If you need a same day appointment you may as well forget about it. Waited two hours on the phone to be told that they shut at 12 and to go to an urgent treatment centre which I can’t as I have work. NHS is a system that has failed.

I haven't been a patient here for long but I have to give this practice a 5 star rating all because of their wonderful receptionist Izzy! She is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Could not be any better! Well done!

Trying to get a doctors appointment is impossible.  Went to the surgery to try to make an appointment but told I couldn't but ha dto go online or phone after 1400.  The online form timed out at 1415 and told me to try again tomorrow.  So tried phoning and again was told that I had to try again tomorrow despite the fact it wasn't even 1430.  This place used to be quite good then Vine took over and screwed it royally.

Can never get an appointment. We are no longer in a lockdown and still being fobbed off and told that they have a high level of calls and appointments to go through. I am very disappointed in Vine Medical Group.  I have been told to fill in an application everyday since a week and 2 days ago and I still haven't had a call back.  I would highly recommend going elsewhere before signing up with these.

Honestly 3 months ago would be 1 star but since they introduced the new appointment system and triage I have had no problems booking regular appointments in advance 2/3 weeks with my GP of choice. Personally, I feel my GP cares about my health and wellbeing and no matter how late they are running I never feel rushed like in my last doctors.  Finally, and most importantley, I trust the doctor and nurses there. They treat you with respect and are professional.  I would, and have, recommended to family and friends.

The doctor's and nurses are always amazing but getting to see them is near in impossible. If the people who pick up their phones had half the people skills or care of the medical staff they'd be a 5 star surgery. If it wasn't for the the medical staff they be a one star surgery and I hope to god the call handlers never go into customer service

Don't make the mistake and go there. There are not serious doctors, at list for my case!!! I've been disappointed from Dr Ifeanyi Nzekwe. I can't trust him / them any more... 4 months in pain, they don't care and the results someone else for another issue. Difficult to found them on the phone, Website is bad. Find somewhere else.

Terrible surgery. Everytime I try to book appointments they say I can't have one due to being full or because there is changes in process. Took my 16 month old boy in after being told to bring him in at 8am as he had severe conjunctivitis only to be told there's nothing on the system and was sent away. The service is terrible and I will be making formal complaints along with writing up to the news about this!
