I have now concluded two property sales with Stags. I have been extremely fortunate to have the team of Will, Lynne and Simon each time. These and others at the Barnstaple office are the most professional, helpful and hard working estate agents I have ever dealt with in nearly 30 years of buying or selling. Nothing was too much trouble, even though on the second sale, we had chains collapsing. I would thoroughly recommend Stags 100%.
Excellent service from Staggs at Barnstaple in what proved to be a suddenly difficult market. Communication was frequent before the property was under offer and was professionally handled during the completion period. Well paid for a good job.
I would 100% recommend Stags if you wish to sell your property. Very helpful and understanding staff, with good communication, with a nice gentle approach. Marketing for the house looked great, and all viewings taken care of. House was sold super quickly! Thanks again to all!
