Absolutely terrible. It has gotten worse ever since Stagecoach left. The buses are always filthy and tacky. The buses are not driven properly. The drivers are unpleasant, rude and nasty and always act like they don’t wanna be there but that is probably down to the managers and the ticket machines are always broken, so they are probably making a loss anyway. An absolute complete joke and people want us to use public transport.
Can you get in contact with the bus driver who drove the number 6/5 Beech Hill wigan bus today 4th December 1o'clock service, I left my bag on the bus and he kindly returned it to me as the bus stop is outside my house. I really do appreciate it, could you kindly pass the message on again please act of kindness right there xx
Buses that cba turning up... what's the point in a timetable if you're not going to stick to it. Worst company ever and complaining gets you nowhere!!!!!
