Bus from Cumnock to AYR 35 mins late , phn AYR garage for reason , after 4 attempts phone is finally answered by the most unpleasant nasty female , who after a few mins said bus is broken down , after few more mins of conversation she hung up phone on me . I phoned manager and complained he assured me she would be reprimanded . Might I suggest some of the fare money is spent on sending her to learn some people skills .? Because she is seriously lacking them

Wasn't impressed , waited on annbank bus stance 5 for 25 mins ,  an other bus arrived and was directed to stance 5 for a driver to change over, me a while the annbank bus cam I and was , as I found out later sent to stance 1 then left immediately, why didn't a member of staff informe the customers at the correct stance where to go ?????? ,

Travelled to Ayr journey for comfort and relaxed..

So effing pissed at stagecoach I missed two buses to college now and have totally missed my first class because the times on the website are different than the timetables the drivers are on.
