Often running late, verry poor buses on the 500 mostly old town bus for a Two hour journey to Dumfries, please bring back the x75 to Carlisle now that the travel restrictions are all lifted,
Bus to Dumfries is good only complaint is the toilet is locked and I'm diabetic it's a long journey with no toilet on board

The drivers are really rude except one man and what is it with being a teenager standing at a bus stop means u don’t want to catch the bus ,Ran to three different bus stops to finally catch it then when I said “why didn’t u stop” he starts shouting at me aggressively
Lost my phone on the bus and they had it very good and kind staff
Missed my buss because it wanted to leave early walked about a mile and a half to get to the buss stop stood for 20 min to be told it left early
