I left my bag on the 06:00pm bus when I got off on LongLawford.ivwent to the Stagecoach office hoping it had been handed in. The staff werevery helpful and found my bag ,with all it's contents intact. Thank you very much and a special thax to the driver who handed it in.
Your service is awful. Taking money and do not provide services. Buses nr. 1, 2, 63 and any others simply do not come. My Mrs late on work cause of you almost every single time, from work backway home takes about 2 hours in Rugby - 15 minutes town, daughter can't get to school on time and we paid £184 for her card. Every single week it's happening. Buses do not late, they simply do not come. You will be reported to DVSA, "bus users uk", council and all others possible organisations for such service, that negatively affect on our daily life. I've had enough...

You doing hard you are doing great but man your team is doing for welfare of your bussiness not for customers those are paying you once we customers pushoff ourselves your stagecoach will entirely had to back off from all of routine routes you service is terrible not worth to payoff jobs and you can't cancel rides because of you can't fill drivers or short of drivers.
I would just like to say thank you to all the drivers that have turned out in the searing heat over the past 2 days . They are working long hours in very uncomfortable conditions to try and keep a depleted service going . Let's hope their efforts are being appreciated by the public and their employers.
Bus service has become a joke the prices go up the service goes down it’s a absolute nightmare for people who need to use the bus to get to work and now they only run once an hour
At the bus stop 15 mins before scheduled departure. No bus. Waited 1 hr 25. Asked driver coming the other way "don't know mate, the website doesn't work properly!" Very late for work. Very cold. Asked for free ticket, not a chance. Called the depot, wasn't open. Generally poor service. Not planning on using bus again unless I have to.
Good atmosphere lovely bar staff
Bus 4 worst bus ever. Nobody cares. The bus pass doesn't come cheap. You end up waiting for the but the bus won't shop up. They are happy to take your money but they are not to provide good service. Very poor service stagecoach
Went for work purposes and the staff are always helpful.
