One of the great bus companies. My area's local bus route usually turns up on time and drivers are helpful, friendly, and cheerful.

Lost my wallet on the bus, called around about 15 times with no answer and then at the end of the call there is a survey about the operator you "spoke" to. You can almost never get a hold of these guys its terrible. I used the online service for lost property and it seems like its been to no avail so now I have to apply for a new card, license and other replaceable items in my wallet. If you'd only give the time out of your day to pick up a phone guys. Jesus christ Cop on

Buses between Wellingborough and Northampton are one endless nightmare. The X4 one in particular is an unparalleled level of mediocrity. They are ALWAYS late, sometimes they don't even turn up and some of their drivers have the nerve to be upset with customers!! Absolutely horrendous service, and way too expensive for the quality 9.60 £ for a return journey. BE ON TIME.

Unreliable bus service. Do not get your hopes up in thinking that the bus will turn up on time, THEY NEVER DO. Always dirty, or have graffiti on the seats, bus drivers are extremely rude and do not care whatsoever.

One star because the drivers from route 12 from Brackmils industrial estate, every time ignoring the timetable and they are leaving earlier with 3-4 minutes. As result of this so many people are obligated to wait closely 35 minutes until the next buss will arrive. After this they are waiting 3-5 or sometimes closely to 10 minutes in front of the General Hospital. Totally disappointed about this service.

Terrible never turns up on time and I mean NEVER

Bus driver from route 7 Moulton Park to Northampton closed the door on me on purpose and crashed my right arm,I reported him twice but no email back, don't be surprised if he doesn't show up to work next time if you can't handle it someone else can

My son of 26 has m.s , The d3 driver , a bald European man driving the bus  from Northampton train station to weedon was a disgrace , my son was trying to go up the stairs and the bus drive did not even give my son to go up the stairs causing him to slip up the stairs, during this my son bag clips got broken , my son tried to explain what had happened to him but the driver was obnoxious, rude and very disrespectful, this is awful service , he should not be  a bus driverl
