First two drivers runaway from other bays than it is displayed on timetables. Third driver had no change from 20£,while ticket to Kettering just 5,20£.Card payment there is no in buses-only contactless. So printed voucher of 14,80£ and promised that any bus of stagecoach would change it back to cash.But no one bus driver didn't changed it and still hold that nothing worth paper.Simply steelers and chausers...It happened on 12.08.2022.afternoon in bus x4.

As a bay it has 2 star rating. You are redirected here if you search for the station, although it's just a part of the station. Only bus 16 departs from here.  Two main departure displays are off all the time.  P.S. Sell the displays and make toilets free of charge.

Just like a normal bus station. Other than all the timetables aren't there anymore. Better than Greyfriars "Mouth Of Hell."

North Gate Bus Station the main bus terminus for Northampton. It is a huge improvement over the old Greyfriers Bus Station. This bus station is clean, has plenty of light and feels spacious. It has the usual ticketing facilities plus a cafe, convenience shop and toilets. It has 14 bus stands and serves destinations all over the county.

Always busy around here it takes ages to get out of there.

I appreciate it as it's kept CLEAN and heated winters. The station protects from the elements and provides updated bus schedules

Clean looks safe, got a café which I have not tried. But it's great to be dry and out the bitter wind

Very clever design but is quite cold! Only thing that lets it down is security! Two women always sit in there but dont seem to ever get on a bus. They aren't clean and smell quite bad. If they aren't using the services, they shouldn't be able to stay there.  Especially when they take up seats that actual passengers could be using whilst waiitng for a bus.
