Sometimes I feel whats the point of the bus services you say your adding more buses but it feels much worse now then it was. The bus drivers most have attitude problems and the others just can't be asked. Maybe look at the service instead of trying to add new buses to make your company look good and wasting people's time, elderly people need to use this service. There's also a sign on the bus saying if you feel unsafe on the bus talk to the bus driver we'll sometimes it's the bus driver who makes you feel unsafe.
Me and my fiancee had to wait ten minutes for the bus drivers to change over and when we finally got on the bus outside Westwood X Bus depo and the female bus driver was very rude and her attitude was disgusting saying " can you wait"? When I went to scan my bus pass,we had waited long enough for her,I get being a bus driver can be tiring but that's no excuse for her very rude attitude, people like her shouldn't be bus drivers,my fiancee took a photo of the bus number and he made a complaint about her.
Absolutely dreadful service buses take forever. You would think during busy times ie school run times etc they would have more buses running instead they have less. I've seen a snail heading in the same direction as me and got to my destination before I did. Sort it out stagecoach you earn enough money from everyone start using it to put out more buses and not to line your pockets
Overall I am happy with the buses and the awesome customer service from the drivers. They deserve a 5 stars however there is one rude driver in Folkestone branch who I have observed in different occasions and I have to say his attitude is just disgusting. When you are in customer facing role try to show at least you are a human being. It wouldn’t hurt anyone to be friendly to other people
Just got on a number 32 at invicta house in millmead, and I want to praise the driver.absoloutly great guy,friendly,making customers Feel welcome aboard.we,need more like him.this was at approximately 12.50.well done to this man.
How do they justify paying for a weekly over Christmas , no buses on Christmas day boxing day and still only being able to use it for only 5 days. Drivers mostly are fantastic and go a very difficult job would give the drivers 5 stars.
I was waiting outside of school in the windy weather. Which I was waiting for almost 20 minutes. I had my face mask on and I had change to pay for the ride home. When the bus driver got here he said. "Sorry, We dont take change, please can you get off." In a grumpy sort of voice. I've been on the bus daily all week and paid change just fine........ Just tried to phone them regarding my complaint and their opening hours are during my school day. Monday to Friday 10.00 - 3.00....... how am I supposed to make my complaint by phone?
I travelled from Margate to Ramsgate Train Station this morning. Not once did the driver ask that masks to be worn. The windows were all closed even though there are notices that they should remain open. The trip back from the Train Station, too many people on the bus as up to 8 people at a time were standing as there was no available seats. Again no one was told about mask wearing, and this driver allowed 2 girls with kids, and a couple to ride for free as they complained they didnt have the correct fare. This driver also allowed a young guy with a large Rottweiler on to the bus, even though the guy had no control of the dog. I found this distressing as I was travelling with my registered Service Dog. The driver never even bothered to ask how I felt about having the other dog board the bus. Too many drivers now are rude, and make it very obvious that they would rather be anywhere else than driving the bus. Stagecoach needs to booster up the moral of the staff and also make sure they uphold the regulations.
Went on the open top bus from west cliff to stone bay today at midday . Although the bus was later than scheduled, the driver was so pleasant and accomodating that it completely compensated. He totally made the passengers feel in holiday spirit. Well done for keeping so pleasant when trying to operate to too tighter schedule.
stagecoach do not care about there service at all as long as they get payed, I've complained time and time again about the number 48 Manston bus not showing up and having to pay for taxis to get to work ,nobody ever phoned back as they promised. they are not living up to there agreement on my monthly bus pass it's a total shambles
