I visited Ramsgate yesterday and had a wonderful time, there were plenty of places that catered for the disabled and it's a brilliant place to get around. Practically everywhere you go is wheelchair friendly in this city, this is a credit to a council that cares about it's people and it's visitors!
A hidden gem, harbour, arches, churches, great restaurants, beautiful beach, great people watching.
Great place to visit, specially with good weather. This town keeps a victorian personality thanks to their well preserved variety of buildings. Small interesting shops and cool places to eat. It lacks some night life and historical places for my taste but it's absolutely perfect for spending some days there. Walking next to the beach and around the cliffs is a must and looking how the sun rises by the sea is a great memory to keep with you.
Just as gorgeous as Margate station with the highest combintion of services to London outside of London in the country!
The main station building where the ticket office is quite nice with lovely wooden floors and it’s recently been painted so it’s not so dilapidated. The platforms and waiting rooms aren’t so nice though. There isn’t really enough parking.

Nice enough place, bit rough in parts, but overall a nice seaside town under regeneration. Lovely area for walks and this time of year the boats in the harbour are all lit up for Christmas!
Plenty of places to eat and things to do for the whole family. High Street is a bit run down but still decent shops for basics. Harbour is great and beautiful sandy beaches
The staff at this station fantastic,so very helpful,
Love ramsgate decent place to visit and stay over for a few days
