Day: Friday date: 25/11/2022 time 15:52 Bus no. 3 I have been waiting for bus no.3 at sike medow from last 35 minutes there were 3 buses in this period of time but three bus no.3 are running in same direction towards Newbarn. What is going on?

Two-thirds of the scheduled services turn up between 10 and 25 minutes late these days. You cannot rely on them. And they do not follow the route stated on their timetable. What a joke.

The driver on number 2, I believe to be called Jason was extremely rude. Didn't offer to lower the bus for a chap walking with sticks, just watched him struggle to get on. He begrudgingly put down the ramp after an elderly lady pushing her husband in his wheelchair asked him to. Passing coments of "I've got as close as I can get". Word of advice Jason,  if you don't like your job find another. Customers are the ones keeping the services going.

This address listed as 73 Walney road is incorrect stagecoach !!! Please amend asap as this is a residential address and is receiving food orders in the early hours. Please remove the 73 from your address please . Many thanks

Usually a great service, sometimes delayed but usually only bu a few minutes. Bus route 2 driver today was incredibly rude though, no signs or any notices showing a certain stop was a drop off point only, with the usual bus stop flag not showing this. Being berated by the driver in a rude and nasty manner is unacceptable for an error that was not the customers fault. Being allowed on the bus as though I was unwanted didn't help either.  Usually great with buses but some drivers need some extra training on how to talk to customers

The other half tried to board a bus outside Asda Barrow to go into town and was refused by the driver.  The sign says exact change needed, yet he wouldn't take a fare of £1.50 made up of a £1 coin +a 20p + 2 x 5p and 20p in copper. Secondly, the bus set off late because he had been into Asda to buy something!!!!!

The driver of the 6 barrow to windermere bus, let 2 passengers off and then proceeded to close the doors and drive off before anyone could get to the bus. I am now wondering how I'm getting home in the middle of no where because that was the last bus back today and with no other alternative will be 2 & a half hours late to work in the morning because the damned bus detours by 60 miles

Really frustrated that my Daughter was asked to get off the bus this morning as her card was declined.Same thing happened yesterday and the driver said it had happened to a lot of people.My daughter has money in her account and withdrew cash with it after this incident.I had to pick her up as she would of been late for work.

Busses frequently fail to stop for you. The call centre never picks up. Utter rubbish. Even when I get through they always just give excuses. Not the way to treat people who pay for and are reliant on your service.
