Buses are always late and extortionately priced. Pay over 140 a month to get to work and no saving schemes available (end just a couple of villages before). Some staff are friendly, others just grunt at you/don't speak at all!

Female driver. Route 27. 
Doors had just finished closing as I got to the bus at the stand at the bus station. She hadnt engaged reverse gear or moved but refused to re open the doors. She paused long enough to passive aggressively point at the stand C sign twice though (for whatever reason that wasnt clear) but couldn't use that time instead to open the door for a customer? Maybe some time management upskills and some customer service training wouldnt go amiss with some of these bus drivers at state coach?

I have not been yet - but I hear the office has moved to Kingsley Road Lincoln LN6 32P - difficult to verify they never answer the phone - near Frankie and Benny's  and all the gym's.

My Son   Uses these buses every morning going to  College . There seems to be a variation in price from day today.  I think this absolutely disgusting  and will be taking this further.
