Disgraceful asked security if there was a toilet only to be abruptly informed no. What bus station does not have a toilet in this day and age. Total shocking

This bus station is  an absolute disgrace. It's dirty unsafe with kids playing on the scaffolding above your head as you enter station. People sitting drinking alcohol at station entrance. No toilet facilities after 5pm.stagecoach information office you have to speak through a hatch to speak to someone. The girl I spoke to didn't even work there she was from shop next door. Staff I did manage to speak to were unhelpful. One bus driver even made a sexual gesture behind a female passenger who was getting of his  bus to his friend's who thought it was a great laugh. Hope I never have to go near this place again. But I probably will as my son lives nearby.

Stagecoach bus 77x from ayr on friday 8.40 pm the toilet on the bus was not in use my sister needed the toilet..  bus stopped at kilmarnock bus station my sister went down down and asked the bus driver if she could get off to use the toilet, she then proceeded off the bus no phone no purse etc with her.... the bus started to move off without her and head to the main road .. I went down to check with the horrible little driver to see why he had moved off without her with no personal belongings with her.. cut a long story short I had to get off the bus and walk back to the kilmarnock bus station ... the employees at the bus station could not have been more helpful and courteous unlike the horrible little driver from ayr... please note we are in our sixties and seventies

Was up with my partner on Tuesday night and thought it was OK if you're waiting 5 or 10 minutes for a bus but apart from that I would think about waiting somewhere else that's better lit and doesn't have kids running  around mad after 9 pm. Go somewhere quieter.

Bus was comfortable driver was talkative but I asked him to put off at station as I’m new to area he just mumbled. One of the passengers had to show me
