Megan listened to our needs and found the perfect holiday for us. Nothing was too much trouble as we changed our choice of hotel a few times. All of the Team in Kilmarnock are all so amazing, friendly and helpful.  Nothing is ever too much trouble.  We live down in Somerset, but all of my new holidays are booked through this store up the other end of the country.  They are always a pleasure to speak to. Ourselves and our friends had booked a tui package online in June for September 23. Tui emailed last week to say flights cancelled. We were afraid to amend online incase after one of amended the same wasn't available for our friends. But the girls were welcoming, they can't change as an online booking but the girl spent an hour calling for us and did the changes. First class service However not as happy with tui, cancelled flight, same 10 days going a day earlier is now £500+ more expensive, with a 10% discount for our inconvenience ... Will not even discount further as we can have a full refund, so doesn't feel as though they care However lovely staff in Kilmarnock and so helpful

I always book my holidays in Tui Kilmarnock staff are always very helpful and friendly. Gillian always manages to find me a great holiday with everything i look for when going abroad.

Amazing experience when I recently visited the Kilmarnock branch, very warm welcome, the girls knew I was apprehensive about going abroad since the pandemic, they made the process stress free and we’re able to answer any concerns I had, something you can’t get online.
