The Service of Stagecoach is amazing in this area, new up to date buses with a friendly smile and a comfortable journey, however public info is far from good from this station. No one in attendance at the bus/coach station most times, only recently have there been up to date info panels, as seen below overall a good bus station however needs staff in attendance for times and problems

Great service with some great, friendly drivers. A few weeks ago coming from work i had to stand almost 1 hour and a half for a bus from the hospital. When we got to Elder way there was no driver to relieve John the driver. This guy refused to leave us stranded at the bus stop and took us all to Newbold then finally finished his shift. Thank you John, your kindness was greatly appreciated. Keep safe ya'll.
Fantastic for information on all buses including times and prices and they have a toilet also. The staff are always polite and willing to help and they're very well dressed
No pensioners are always complaining take no notice the bus my family used today was fine it wasn't hot
Stagecoach buses are generally quite reliable and reasonably comfortable. They're a particularly vital lifeline for senior citizens who use their bus passes regularly, and who like me are thankful to have one.

A very small 'station' just a few benches really. Does its job though. The only interesting view is an old Ragged school & on route the great Cathedral!
Very helpful assiatant, nothing too much trouble. I went there on Saturday 23.11.19 and found out that it is closed on Saturdays until further notice. I thought Saturdays would have been one of their busiest days!!!!
Very small and not many seats . 1 disabled toilet which doubles up to share with women. 1 urinary and 1 cubicle for men . Closed at the moment due to covid
