I am a mother shoes daughter announced that she was going on this 3 months trip to South Asia and India. You could imagine my thoughts on this adventure. Horror, OMG how is she going to cope, how am I going to cope. My daughter took me to STA in st. All. It was there I met Lucy. She was so helpful. Not only did she organise my daughter's trip, but she reassured me that everything was going to be ok. LUCY was fantastic, she was helpfu and supportive. She made my daughter's trip one to remember. I would suggest to go and speak to STA travel. They are brilliant. Thank you Lucy.

Bought very expensive travel insurance through sta. Needed medical treatment a couple of times on the trip and the insurance company did not respond to my queries and the phone line was unresponsive. Pretty disgusting really and unbelievable that they sell this product.
