At Burnham holiday park seems he agrees with his staff £50 off a holiday if booked by October is acceptable, no lifts no access they are taking bookings still and they know it’s not suitable for disabled or families with pushchairs at present

Bourne leisure has become a joke now since it was sold to a us private equity company They screw the caravan owners on sites Expect owners to book in to say they are coming to site saying health and safety which is a complete joke I for one have read my contract and it says nothing about this so I have told the park manager that this cannot be in forced and if it carries on I will go to court as my contract states I can come and go as I like Now they are going to change the characters what a joke typical American trash

Friendly enough when I was in for an interview, with the exception of the promised parking place not existing. It had been cancelled 'because a director needed it'.  Anyway, post-interview, Bourne Leisure completely failed to get back to me. Nothing. Not even a 'no'. Maybe I got the job. Might turn up on Monday and do some SEO for the day then put an invoice in. Maybe not.  I have assumed Bourne Leisure is happy to continue to buy-up lovely old and often listed buildings Haven Holidays and completely desecrate them, turning them into boilerplate, tasteless lowest common-denominator, shamefully unimaginative  hotels, marketed only at the most guillible of the older people in society, without my help.  One star.

We have owned a caravan with haven holidays for 13 years in joint names, when we came to upgrade I could not prove my identity because everything bills etc are also in joint names. So my husband had to buy the caravan in his own name but the money came out of an account with my name on it and was except even though according to them I do not exist. I would not tell my family and friends to buy from this firm although I I complained 3 times via emails to different people I have never had any reply Virginia hall

Appalling service. Prominent assurance re COVID guarantee is not adhered to. Warner's would not even allow £1,438 Xmas holiday to be rearranged nor money back.  Avoid like the plague!  See trustnet if in doubt. Forget customer service Warner's don't understand the concept.

I applied for a job with Bourne Leisure and three weeks later I received a voicemail message from the human resources manager asking me to phone her back. I phoned back and left a voicemail message. I then tried phoning a further three more times before finally speaking to the human resources manager who told me that she was busy and could I phone back at 12.30 pm the next day. I duly phoned back at 12.30 pm the next day only to find that the human resources manager had switched her phone off, so I left a voicemail message. I then tried phoning three more times but with no response from the human resources manager. If this is how Bourne Leisure treats its job candidates how do they treat their employees? I think that they are absolute SCUM.

A shocking experience dealing with this company following the sale of a caravan. No one wanted to help, no process in place to escalate the issue. A terrible experience.

Worked at Bourne leisure before re-locating. It's a superb place. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and helpful. What Bourne have to offer is fantastic. Great prices! Highly recommend

Couldn't get hold of anybody for weeks on their customer care line and no e-mail makes it practically 8mposs8ble to talk to anybody. Very stressful!
