My wife and I entered into a tenancy agreement with Leaders of Ferndown some time ago. Our move was completed with no problems whatsoever, with Leaders dealing with all of the minor problems that we encountered very promptly and professionally. Our continued tenancy has been extremely enjoyable and again, any difficulties have been swiftly dealt with. We can only praise the efficiency and assistance shown to us and we look forward to continuing our current tenancy. We would like to thank all the staff for their help and assistance. We were going to wait a while to write a review for Leaders, however I can't withhold a great review. Leaders have been fantastic, from finding us a suitable property, to seeing us settled in they have supported us the entire way. We have had a few concerns, and Leaders and the team have supported us with these and resolved them as quickly as possible. The team at Leaders have made sure we experience no stress during our experience and are always there to help.

As new landlords we found Leaders quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Their detailed knowledge of the letting field helped us place a great tenant within 2 weeks of our first contact. They give us the confidence that any matters that arise from the let are dealt with promptly, clearly and with full transparency. All in all, highly recommend! Thanks Leaders and the team.

As fairly new landlords we felt it worthwhile working through an agent. What has made Leaders stand out for us has been the outstanding service we have received, particularly from Emma Wright. She has not just guided and supported us but has tackled all situations with professionalism, humour and great gusto giving us the confidence to improve in our role as first time landlords.
