Unusual historic church dating back to the 14th century, with a thatched roof and light, airy feel inside.nThe lack of a tower sets the church apart from others in the area, and is down to some uncanny misfortune. The original tower collapsed in the late 18th century following a storm. A replacement was built, but this was destroyed in a German bombing raid during WW2. A further replacement was unaffordable, hence the bell cote that is seen today.nThe church features a simple, airy interior with white walls and some stained glass windows.nThe church is open daily and there's free roadside parking nearby.
Very interesting church with a thatch roof. Beautiful inside and set in a lovely village. Holds a wild flower festival in July, well worth a visit.
