Got a letter for mot reminder. Phoned and was given a slot to suit for the next day = excellent service as usual . Ps if you need the toilet you are allowed to use the outside staff 1

I used to regularly use this company for MOT tests on my GSXR motorcycle and also tyre changing. Back in 2014, I supplied them with two new tyres and both my loose wheels to have the tyres changed and the wheels balanced. Upon collecting the wheels, it was found that whilst the rear wheel was perfectly fine, the front wheel had a large chunk of paint missing where the 'fitter' had wrenched the old wheel weight off the rim and had severely damaged the finish to the rim. When I pointed this out, I was assured that this was 'normal' and that they did not see this as an issue. I was rather upset by the situation and as a result I was offered a refund of £33 which is what I had been charged to have both the tyres fitted. The wheel subsequently cost me over £100 to have professionally repainted in a paintshop to correct the damage caused. I have since, had many new tyres fitted to these wheels (and others) by a range of different tyre fitters and have never had an issue with damage caused from removal of weights. The what can only be described as 'careless' service I received here along with the even more worrying 'I'm being petty' attitude I was given by the owner and staff of this particular place ensured I have steered clear ever since and have tried to warn as many local bike enthusiasts as I can of the shody workmanship of this establishment. They are not familiar with the term 'service provider' and have no ethic of caring for loyal customers or their property.
