Very unclean, muck and grime all over, the bridge from the carport into Sunderland is disgusting, grime all over bird dropping on the windows, never been clean for years.nnWater, all over area on the parking floors, moss and vegetation growing down the wall see photo.nnWhite painted lines illegible due to never been painted, no maintenance clearly done on this, all unmanned if there's a security issues ring a mobile number as there is no security there anymore.nnAn appallingly maintained car park.
The screens on level 2 for entering car registration details are hopeless - on my visit today, as on previous occasions, it took several attempts before I could enter them properly, as the screen was far too sensitive. Paying with a card is a nightmare too, as the pad is tiny, badly located, and almost impossible to read. Not only that, but when I got to the exit the screen by the barrier stayed blank for ages, until I pressed the buzzer. I've used this car park for many years, but intend never to use it again!
Easy to park, especially now they use the Ringo app! Previously there'd be massive queues to pay at the machines after any theatre show, sports event, etc, but partnering with the app has changed that. Yes, you pay a few extra pennies using the app, but you come away a good 20mins+ earlier which you can't put a price on!
Stayed for just under 1 hour but because the paying machine is very sensitive it took 3 goes to put in my registration and had to pay for 2 hours. Heard others complaing too. Get it sorted.
