The new cash less check out system is causing chaos the payment terminal is set ridiculous to low to use easly and the response timeof the terminal is very slow to find your registration

Ideal location but the prices have gone up alot. Now costs £8 for 3 hours parking. We didn't know upon entry as there's no signs visible

Paid my parking fee as normal got to the barrier it wouldn't rise used my ticket nothing happened pressed the buzzer no response pressed it again explained the problem got a lecture on how to present the ticket which I had already done he came out took my ticket said he would raise the barrier nothing happened had an embarrassing wait as cars queded behind me. He came back said computer showed I hadn't paid and did I have a receipt of course I didn't as I had paid by cash he stood for a bit obviously expecting me to pay again which I wasn't going to do after a few minutes he said he would raise the barrier very embarrassing don't they have cameras so they can check people have paid!!

No wonder people don’t shop in the town centre now, £3.00 for 25 minutes on a Sunday, and full of rubbish and dirty.
