excellent location for the theatre, big car park, plenty of spaces.  is now a licence plate recognition exit, so you need to enter your number at the machine and it tells you what your charge is, usually there are long queues after a show to pay and leave, but this new way seems to have solved that.  I had an issue at the gate to leave, but the attendant was soon over to help.  I always recommend this car park to anyone going to Sunderland at night.

Bottom floor was permit park ,I was not sure how get back up ramp on 15 .4 25  at about 330pm a ask office ,attended  was very sarcastic  he must been having a bad day I expect ?

Parked for the early kick off at the football arrived at 10 30 near 3 pm when I left,charged £8.Only 15 minutes walk  to the stadium or metro stations nearby.

Plenty of parking, wide spaces and love you can use the Ringo app.

Not easy to get out of car park due to ridiculous roundabout full of traffic lights and rather expensive to park there.
