Plenty of spaces. Easy access. Didn't see any signs re a lift. So there may or may not be one. Only one ticket machine per floor. Took 25 minutes queueing after a show to pay for ticket. Wouldn't like to be doing that in the winter months. Clean. Felt safe as there were a lot of people about. Sinage is poor and too small.

Nice place to park your vehicle in the heart of Sunderland for a decent price. Clean and secured whenever you have something doing in town.

Easy to use and get in but can be a nightmare if when you come to pay and it doesn't recognise your registration and can take ages to exit because of road set up and traffic lights

Great car park, reasonably priced, busy on a weekend

1st floor car park easy to access lots of availability on a flat surface with escalator/lifts available at both ends. Space for wheelchairs or other walkers. These lead to the ground floor for shopping, cafes and other amenitiesnToilets are easily accessible on the ground floor.
