Left bag on bus got it back safely thanks to drivers responsible action's thanks

Regular dangerous behaviour from a few drivers ruining it for the many polite ones.  Drivers not lowering bus to allow pram off safely. Drivers not stopping at bus stops. Drivers ignoring customers trying to get off and driving away causing children to hurt themselves. Emails ignored, left number with manager and told I'd be called back and hasn't happened picture proof I was given a day I would be called. If I could use another service I would, there is no excuse for rudeness, a simple apology is all it takes.

No organisation atall. Portacabins for an office. Place a building site with machinery scattered hap hazardous.

Great friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff, well worth a visit but ask at reception for permission to enter the depot.

Waited from 16.50 today for a 19 to lochgelly but there was no bus till 17.43 almost an hour for a bus that's ment to be every 15 minz

Friendly place and helpful employees. Visited for an open day

It was just an open day celebrating 100 years of Dunfermline depot    nothing special
