The staff are rude almost every time. The men who works there always sighs, shows me bored face and never smiles. I used to walk in because the top up. One time this top up thing didn't work and he gave it back to me and say "doesn't work" and he calls the next costumer without any "sorry" or "try an other shop" or something nicer. That point was the last time to my visit. Since then I top up elsewhere.

Been here twice now so not an isolated review: The staff are so rude, they seem to go out of their way to find a reason why they cannot assist you. Its like they take pleasure in it. Well worth avoiding. I know you have to park up a distance to use it, but the new one in WH Smiths in the town centre is so much better - upbeat & friendly staff.
