Only one counter operating on first working day after bank holiday weekend. By 10.00 the queue was half way down the shop. Staff have to take all the flak while managers hide. Disgraceful

Long queue when ever i visit! Seriously understaffed, extremely annoying to wait 20-30 minutes every time. 2 self checkout never work always sign (out off service). Each self-check out machine cost 10000s of thousands pounds the very reason why we need to pay for a 2nd class non-international small envelop postage stamp 55p(most expensive in the world). Dear Manager it is time to STOP wasting other people's time and do something about this problem!

Staff extremely rude and didn't even acknowledge a question i asked them in regards to no pens available to write on envelopes! Also staff were constantly talking about their tea breaks and forcing customers to use their self service machines!
