I have been a patient at this practice for years and have always received the highest level of care from my dentist. All staff are welcoming and helpful despite how challenging the past couple of years have been. Highly recommend.
Called to book my first appointment. I decided to go private because of the lack of local NHS services. The receptionist on the phone was very helpful, explained everything for me and the costs and was seen in a timely manner. Thank you for the excellent service.

I'm thrilled with my dentist, the delightful Susannah. She is thorough, kind, yet no nonsense. Phoning can be a pain in the .... It is a challenge and I do feel sorry for the receptionist. We have been patients a long time now and generally we are quite happy with the practice. If there is something I will say so as its for all our benefit.

Very pleased with the service I receive. The dentist, hygienist, dental assistants and all other staff I come across during my appointments are always smiley, friendly yet polite, respectful and professional. Highly recommend.
Dentist great, phone/reception awful.Waited 53 minutes yesterday on hold with 4 other patients in front of me in the phone queueing system. Obviously the phone is only answered spasmodically, yet this is the first point of communication between the patient and the practice. What is it saying? In effect, you are not that important, otherwise the problem would be solved immediately.
The staff here are pleasant, professional and polite, so no problems there! Unfortunately my issue is with the waiting room area. I am an Autistic adult and the waiting room is not at all autism friendly. The seats are very close together which means when it's busy it's very hard to maintain personal space. Also, many of the seats are along the corridor section which means people constantly walking past or standing too near. I'm very nervous coming to the dentist anyway and this just adds to my discomfort. There is only one small corner seating area which if free is bearable but that's right under the heater! I know you have limited space but I think a rearrange of the waiting room area would be a really good idea.
Always very difficult to get an appointment and rude dentists. Hopefully they are getting better.
