I had been with this dentist for over 20 years I had to cancel my appointment in November 2019 because I was unwell I tried to book appointment after but they did not have any availability then we had lock down and being vulnerable I was told to isolate . When I called they where only doing emergency appointments that's understandable. So come June I had horrendous toothache so I tried to book a appointment to be told I've been taken off the list I've now been trying to find a dentist for well over a year and I still have sore teeth I cannot afford private unfortunately .I've been treated appallingly considering I've been with them for over 20 years the woman on the phone is also incredibly rude .
My family have been with A Country Practice since it first opened. We have received outstanding treatment always with such kindness and sensitivity. Most people don't enjoy a visit to the dentist but at Country Practice, you are met with a warm welcome and immediately feel much more relaxed. Whilst the Corona virus is with us, all staff at the surgery were fully equipped with masks etc which must make their job very difficult. Very grateful for the care they take to protect their patients. Thank you so much from the whole family.
Very friendly and welcoming. I was given a prompt appointment, my treatment was excellent..very pleased, my follow up treatment plan was explained very thoroughly. Expert dentists who really do want to give you your best smile, will and do recommend to all. Thank you x
A friend recommended that I try this practice and I am so glad that I did. I was put at ease by the friendly staff from the moment I walked through the door. My treatment was explained to me at each stage and I am very happy with the result. Well worth the drive from Bournemouth!
Terrible dentists. I was told to have a root canal and crown, then after they'd done the work, they said the tooth had to come out because they hadn't filled the root canal properly. When I asked what they could do instead, the dentist flew into a rage and said they hate their patients.
The service was terrible and damn right rude. Would not recommend! I had a bad route canal that didn’t feel right and was ignored and told to have a crown, which I did. Waste of money as the tooth had to be removed. I was offered no refund or consolation for what was the fault of the shoddy dentistry. Wouldn’t even give one star if I could.
Very fine team. The tooth I had removed was a difficult job. Very professional and excellent after care.
I am very fortunate to be under the care of this practice for many years. They provide an exceptional quality of treatment with excellent service and nothing but kindness for a somewhat nervous patient.
What an amazing place this is. They bend over backwards to help you and genuinely...... GENUINELY care about..... I have been with them for 20 years even though I live in Weymouth now. Dekkie you have created an amazing place, thank you
