Unfortunately a star is 100 times more than the rating I would waste giving this farce of a surgery.

Now luckily I am very healthy, bit so much can't be said for others in my family.

I didn't know that after 2 weeks of one type of antibiotics, it was then feasible to stick the same patient onto a different type for 3 months. This resulted in numerous visits to A & E, which is fun for the concerned. 

And to move medical records from St johns to St peters. Well, walking with a copy is quicker than the 2 months it's currently took to to get them signed over. Resulting in yet more visits to The Royal Hospital. 

My review just echoes the already many complaints about this place and suprise nothing has been done yet to tip the balance. New building, same old practices...

This is for the poor reception staff that do there best and are getting shouted at every day !!! It's the management that need a 1 star not the reception staff or the doctor's.  I hope they read this and do something fast !!!!

Avoid this place like the plague..and if you’ve already got the plague, good luck getting an appointment!

Although the doctors are generally good, we’ve had some awful experiences with the poor administration and miscommunication. As others have already mentioned, it’s very difficult to get an appointment and nigh on impossible to see the same doctor twice. 

Quite a contrast to Barbourne Medical Practice and Thorneloe Lodge that are both very good.
