Great small local retail park. It's not very big but covers most items. Parking is usually OK, but it can get busy. McDonald's can cause problems getting into the car park if it's "drive in" is busy.
All I will say is parking policy is horrendous there's no where to park if you have a vehicle bigger than a Micra. If you don't park in the lines you get fined. Tbh Macdonald's could do with a bigger place on this road away from knaresborough to reduce traffic. Keep this as a local one but it's size is unsuitable for it being a drive through for the area.
It's disappointing. Could do with a few more shops, however as a semi disabled person I find it really difficult to make it round the shops and try on clothing etc in under 3 hours especially if I stop to have food at either McDonald's, Costa or the cafe in furniture retailer shop, which is all the car parking time you allow in an edge of town terrain park which I can't get to from my home in Ripon without a car. It's crazy in a rural area to limit the parking time for genuine shoppers who can't physically rush around like myself.
Great out of town place to shop..... M&S Food hall, TK Max, Barker and Stonehouse, Next, Boots, Matalan and McDonald's. Plenty of parking, but beware of maximum three hours stay. Went over by fifteen minutes and got a hefty fine.
Relatively small retail park, very pleasant change to see all the retail stores open. Never had any trouble finding a parking space or a coffee stop.
The shopping is a great experience, but the negative side is if you get your arrival time wrong and end up stuck in the traffic that is waiting to go through McDonald's drive through. This was poorly planned and needs rectifying.
Tired and vacant, Tk maxx clothes seem to be worser stocked than a jumble sale, Harrogate is far better stocked Boots: hardly have anything on their shelves, all Fragrances testers are no longer available to pick up and use without a key holding staff member, Matalan: is self service and probably the better stocked of the shops but again sporadic items.. Next: has a tiny men’s and home section never manned again.. McDonald’s is appalling for getting the drive thru orders wrong.. Parking is free for so long then you’re charged a fine for overstaying.. not that you have any fear of that it’ll take less than an hour for you to visit all the shops and leave again.
Great place to go shopping. Lots of stores. Just a very short walk to look at a vast array of new and used cars
Loved it but very busy. Car park could be bigger. Best to go off peak times as McDonald's is always busting at the seams. .
Shopped in Boots, M&S T K Maxx And Matalan all in 1 trip. Parking is often stressful especially on Bank Holidays and weekends.
