Our first visit, easy parking. Good selection of products. Will definitely call again.
Very rude and unhelpful staff. Asked to check if lactose free milk was available and without eye contact the person said no it is not without even checking. Need training on how to communicate with customers.
I love shopping at lidi, you get rewards, and love the middle lanes with lots of goodies, my shopping is alot cheaper coming from Morrisons.
Plenty of space lots of choice clean and friendly
Nicely laid out shop with plenty of space and choices on the shelves. Good range of special buys too. Plus it has a toilet and plenty of roomy parking.
Beautiful building. The food and staff are amazing. I felt very secure with all their Covid protocol
Much better than the old smaller Lidl. Much more parking space better choice. The checkouts are always the problem at this Lidl. Always a queue even at quiet times, still insist on throwing items down to the bagging area at speed, and we always have to check our receipt because there is normally something wrong because of the speedy scanning. Split bagging area at the tills might help.see knaresborough Aldi. This could be a 4 or 5 star if the checkout experience wasn't so bad.
Great choice, not just the bakery section, which I spend a lot of time in... there's homewares and diy, loadz of stuff in each dept, if you like having a bottle of an evening there's a good range of beers, lagers along with reds, whites and rosè... Spirits too..if I'm not in the bakery bit I'm looking and more often than not buying stuff in the D.I.Y. aisles
The blonde till person was very nasty and rude. Second time I have had this from her.
The reasons we go to Lidl are not just the reasonable prices but also the very friendly and professional staff working there. I wish back home in Germany we had such wonderful staff as you do, here in Knaresborough.
