Best stadium in the UK!nI’ve visited St James’ Park more than 50 times, and it never disappoints.nnMy most recent visit was in September 2025 against Arsenal a 1–2 loss.nThe pictures and videos are taken from the East Stand. This is the oldest stand in the stadium, and legroom can be slightly more limited compared to other areas.nThat said, it’s still a fantastic place to sit.nnFrom here, you get an amazing view of the two huge opposite stands Milburn and Leazes, which really highlights the scale and of the stadium.nnWhen sitting in the East Stand, I often prefer seats closer to the Gallowgate End, where the atmosphere is at its very best.nnNewcastle are incredibly fortunate to have amazing supporters which, at its best will bring you some of the best atmosphere in the UK.nThe Wor Flags group adds something special to almost every match with their flags, banners, tifos etc. Their tifos are among the very best in the UK and create an unforgettable matchday experience.nnAnother huge plus is the location. St James’ Park sits right in the city centre, making it extremely easy to access no matter where you’re staying in Newcastle.nnThe entire city comes alive on matchday, with a fantastic buzz long before kickoff.nJust outside the Gallowgate End, you’ll also find Shearer’s Bar as well as the official club shop.nI would however suggest go to other bars than Shearers for pre-match pines!nnEnjoy the match and Howay the Lads!
Went to see NUFC v Barcelona in the Champions league competition . I left an Island in Scotland and drove down as my train tickets were cancelled due to the Fire at Glasgow Central.. I bought a hospitality ticket and was pleased i did so..nFrom moment i arrived at the Stadium i was looked after and shown to the seating and bar area.. The food was outstanding and not what i expected. Great atmosphere and many tv’s to look at with European football being televised live… shown to my seating area just before the start of the game..nall In all a great experience for me.. the booking chap was amazing when I phoned up to order the ticket .nMany thanks Newcastle United Hospitality and to all who made my experience so enjoyable .. I would love to return for another game..
Amazing experience at the St James’ Park Stadium Tour — a must for any football fan visiting Newcastle. The tour was very well organised and gave great behind-the-scenes access to the dressing rooms, tunnel, and iconic stands.nnOur guide Lee was fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and full of great stories about the club’s history and match-day moments. He made the tour engaging, interactive, and fun for everyone.nnYou really feel the spirit of Newcastle United throughout the stadium. Highly recommended for fans, tourists, and anyone who loves football.
What a place, the stadium tour I did with Nick and Lisa was informal and you got chance to see the stadium from different places like up in level 7 to the posh seats down to pitch side. There was time for photos. If your brave you can do the roof tour and get even better views of the city and beyond. I've been to a few home games and sat in different parts of the stadium and always made to feel welcome by those who say next to. Look forward to every visit
Came to St James's Park for an away game between Newcastle and Brighton. Local fans were very friendly. There were a lot of places one can find food and drinks. I ate in a Chinese restaurant. We gave Toon army a good weekend by lost the game 1:3.
