Beautiful room, very clean, lovely staff. They upgraded us free of charge. I accidentally left my bouquet there and they kept it in water for me until I could pick it up, which I thought was so kind. If staff need to come out from behind a screen they put a mask and gloves on. Overall a great stay!

An absolute gem! Extremely well presented. Friendly staff and management were so lovely. Great food, amazing breakfast. The 6bar is a highlight. It's ideally located near the castle and a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Market Square. Really comfy beds, lots of plug sockets, huge tvs in each room. So swanky.

Amazing food and great service. The staff in the restaurant could not be more helpful. We had afternoon tea and some drinks. Staff were more than happy to make sure we were happy and even made some plain sandwiches for my daughter. All my family loved it. Be aware of the NCP car park as very expensive.

Very quirky layout on floor five. Comfortable, clean room. Great staff generally. Nice breakfast.

The website suggested this was a four star hotel. It wasn’t. It was safe and clean and well priced but the room was very small and cooled only by a fan. That said it’s in a good location for bars shops and restaurants

Quiet location. Beautiful interior. Relaxed atmosphere. Decorative and spacious rooms. Quick efficient service in the restaurant and good value for money Friday feeling package kind friendly helpful staff

Nice hotel near the castle in Nottingham. Had its own individual style. Rooms big enough and good value for the price. Some parts need a spot of updating but that is being picky. Bed comfy and staff we encountered were nice and polite.

The St James Hotel in Nottingham was a good place to stay.  The public rooms were very well presented and the staff polite.  The food was very good.  My room was well decorated and clean.  It was modern and funky.  Parking is in the NCP next to the hotel and residents get a discount.
