A beautiful cathedral in the heart of Cork. There is an entrance fee but when you see the amount of stained glass windows, you can see why the charge is needed. It is not a big cathedral but we'll worth the visit. The staff were friendly and helpful and the guide knew his history of the cathedral. A great place to worship and to visit.
Fantastic must see attraction when in Cork. Today's structure dates from the mid 19th century but is thought to have foundations from medieval times. Lovely manicured grounds to walk around with some headstones to view dating from the late 18th century. Small charge to view cathedral itself €7. Parking available.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
This cathedral is really nice, everything is in perfect shape and condition. Staffs are also nice and friendly available for any questions you might have.
Gorgeous Gothic style Cathedral; beautifully ornate inside and out. Personally I felt the €7 entrance fee was reasonable - as there’s plenty to see, and the staff are wonderfully helpful and informative. There’s also a cute little gift shop with some great souvenirs.
During our visit to Cork, we spotted this cathedral in the distance and decided to walk there. Once we reached it, we were quite stunned by the awesome exterior which is really impressive. Unfortunately we had to pay an entrance fee of 5€, which was a bit too expensive for my friends, so I was the only one walking in to take some photos and see more of the cathedral. The staff was really nice and helpful and even from the inside is in an impressive building and the architecture is stunning. However, it’s nothing unusual if you’re used to seeing cathedrals. It’s still nice and very well worth the visit!
Beautiful Anglican Cathedral. The brick and stained glass work alone is worth the trip.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo

Having to pay €7 is far too much. It’s stopped us from going in, it was a real disappointment for the friend I brought there. €6 fee for students, wow €1 off, they really need to re think these fees. An optional donation would be much more appreciated after seeing what’s actually inside. You can do better than this Cork.
Not religious at all, but the Saint Fin Barres Cathedral is amazing. The architecture, the glass, the mosaics and the organ are just something else. A must visit. Small entry fee, but we basically got a guided tour also. Crazy.
Arrived late for entrance. Outside is lovely: neo-gothic and many statues More to see inside, but it'll be for next timeVisited onWeekdayReservation recommendedNo
