My friend and I booked for an hour full body massage directly followed by an hour long facial and we absolutely loved every minute of it! Thanks to Lauren my therapist, her companion therapist was also amazing and we felt so relaxed afterwards. We then went to lunch and had an amazing feast there with the best views of the beach. I am already looking to book again, will take my mum next time. Brilliant day. Thanks to our brilliant therapists.
Fantastic massages. The ladies here really know their stuff.. The food is really nice. Its perfectly presented and a very good sized portion too. It's a little on the pricey side with a strawberry, clotted cream ice cream and waffle dessert at £7.50 but boy, a is it gorgeous! But only try it off you dvd room after the main course. The facilities surrounding the swimming pool are great with a sauna, showers and separate changing rooms. I've been three times now and I will definitely return. Fabulous experience well recommended.
Lovely Spa. Myself and my friend treated ourselves to a lazy Spa which included a delicious light lunch in the Tavern on the Bay followed by a swim and treatments. Very relaxing and definitely come again.

We did the spa, pool and lunch couples' package whilst we were staying nearby. Booking the package was extremely easy. We got very detailed instructions before our visit explaining the changes due to COVID-19 bring own towels and flip flops for instance. The spa did an excellent job based on the current restrictions in place. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the restaurant next door, highly recommended. The treatment was superb and both my partner and I came out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff are friendly and professional, thank you to the team for a great visit!
Perfect place to families to spend a rainy day which I completely agree with however as a result was not the perfect place for us to relax or swim. Unable to use the bubble pool as children snorkeling and unable to swim as lots of running about and jumping in. As I say, not against children in the pool, I would do the same and I didn't pay for entry as was a resident but would have been disappointed if I had paid for a spa day.
Booked a spa package which included lunch to start followed by a spa day. Was really looking forward to it and booked a guest house to stay over and make a night of it. Upon arrival for our day we went to the tavern on the bay to commence our day starting with our lunch which was very nice. Following lunch we then proceeded to the spa. Upon arrival we was informed that our day wasn't going to run quite as planned. We were advised that a member of staff had called in sick and they unable to do a joint treatments. This meant that they could only do one person at a time and the other person would have to wait around for a good hour until they could then do the treatments on them. This didn't suit us as we had booked the day with the intention of having a nice day together. They did offer free use of the pool and supposed hydrotherapy pool which we accepted only to find the pool was freezing and did not resemble a hydrotherapy pool at all. When we went back to advise this we were met with several apologies and was advised at least u had a nice lunch which will now be complimentary, however since they kept our deposit it wasn't in fact. We had also seen other people who who were receiving treatments and had been informed when we enquired why their bookings hadn't been affected that specific beauticians are allocated to bookings and unfortunately ours was unable to be reallocated. At this stage we felt that our day was ruined as we had based our weekend on this visit. To add salt to the wound we then received a text message later on in the day to ask why we had not turned up for our 10.30 appt which of course we hadn't made. Upon replying to advise how disappointed we were with the service as we hadn't been informed earlier that day that our treatments had been cancelled and no prior contact made by means of a phone call or a text/email and that we felt what had been advised earlier was made up of lies since they were now advising us that in fact we were a no show even though we were not, we then received another reply saying a manager would be in touch to resolve the matter. A week later we are still waiting. If u are thinking of booking a spa treatment here I would strongly advise not to as they do not appear to have any concept of customer service and think nothing of cancelling your booking without notice. If you are booking online be aware that if another booking is made it will override your booking and leave u without a booking. This is bad practice and I was astonished that this is allowed to happen and that they are so disorganized and carefree with regards to people's arrangements
I had a lovely ,relaxing pedicure today by a great young girl .My only criticism 're the spa is their inflexibility on catering for the individuals 're treatment packages and in comparison to others the pricing is quite high. Also ,given we are staying on St David's Park for the second time ,all be it in the touring section a discount ,however small really should have been incorporated but Was nt.
