I am a regular customer at your book shop on the Forum,never had s problem staff are always welcome mannered,except for today,I went to purchase a book ,chose one went to the till upstairs ,and the lady behind the till was busy reading a magazine without even lifting her head all I got was I hope Tourette right money ,I said yes with that she snatched the book of me and said yes 1.20 ,I went to give her the money ,in her hand she wouldn't take it instead she slid if across the counter and carried on reading her magazine I got no receipt for the book ,I just felt she was very rude,,I volunteer myself and would treat people like that ,I'm sorry but I doubt ill be going back in there for a while ,very rude member of staff
