Bspoke have cared for my Mum for over a year now on a daily basis. They are without doubt amazing. They are on time, and they are flexible if you need to change times and they really care. They have bathed and dressed and done her hair, they have taken her out and stayed in and done anything they needed to make her life better, and she has stayed at home for this long because of them. She has now had a hospital stay and cant be at home anymore and so I wanted to let others know they are amazing. I recommend them for their caring attitude, they always answer queries and are easily accessible by email , text and phone. I can not speak too highly of this organisation, amazing. Thank you so very much.
Great place to work, all staff were amazing always happy to go out there way to help you. Service uses were lovely too. Will truely miss working with these guys. Couldn't praise them enough.
Mostly lovely staff, very overworked. A few rude and attitude ridden staff let the company down badly and never get properly dealt with, coz blood is thicker than water. Would be a great company otherwise. I miss most of the people that cared for me a lot. They were fab and did a great job.
Stay away from this company. One of the worst I have ever dealt with for my mother's care. Timings are NOT what they promise. Breakfast is given at lunch time, medications are not given on time. The poor staff are working illegal hours because Zoe has taken on too many service users and not enough staff. She has become greedy and lost track of what care really is. I will never recommend this company.
The worst company I have worked for. No communication from the employer, even whilst I was working there, she didn't respond to messages. Timings for service users were all over the place, rushing around constantly, rota not available until just hours beforehand. After leaving: Employer blocked me for asking for my payslips and querying why I was under paid by £200. I would avoid this company either as an employee or a service user!!
