St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church was my family church from age 2 when we moved to Cheadle Hulme from Manchester in the mid 50's. Cheadle Hulme was such a different place then. We had a beautiful semi-detached on West Downs Road,. The back garden over-looked farmers fields and the cows used to come up to our fence to say hello. We went to church every Sunday as a family. I was recently passing by and stopped outside for a while. The memories of my youth came flooding back.

Such a happy welcoming Catholic Church. Mass Times SUNDAY MASS TIMES Vigil Mass Saturday 5.30 pm Sunday Mornings 8.30 am and 10.30 am. WEEKDAY MASS TIME at St Ann's may change occasionally for various reasons, but as a rule they are.... Monday 10.00 am Tuesday 10.00 am Wednesday 7.30 pm Thursday 10.00 am Friday 10.00 am Saturday 12.00 noon SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION  Confession times in church are as follows: Wednesday 7.00 - 7.25 pm. Warm and welcoming place to worship , no more needed. Everyone is made to feel welcome in the house of the Lord
