This school is terrible the rule system is a shambles and the headteacher is rubbish she claims the school is good but wants to leave sometime this term? They take your jackets/hat in the summer even when you are not hot. They instigate little things and build you a reputation then label you as a child who "is troubled" They put you on a report then say "U have one more chance which proves that they give up on the students who depend on them the most and for the rest of the teachers that work at st andrews there are some teachers who are amazing at there job but there are also teachers who make comments that could really make a student snap.

St.Andrews is a terrible school, Children were going to shine in their GCSE's but somehow 2 years of work went missing with not one bit of evidence. Teachers here do not care about anyone but themselves, it is like a slave land. There is no such thing as being comfortable here, oppressing and upsetting to see children of our generation failing because of selfish and lazy teachers.

St andrews used to be a great school when I was there until I left in 2013, I feel like it was when the year below me had left followed by the resignation of the previous head teacher Mr Matthews , that this school started to dive headfirst downhill so many teachers I know have left and ones who are still there say when I see them "they are sad for the future of the school" , to be honest I don't see a future and think the only resolution is for it to close down. I am in need of a simple reference from the school which they have taken 2 months to get back to me and I'm still waiting for that reference. When I call the answering machine just sounds completely amateur, the website has pictures of kids in a uniform that is not St andrews uniform, I'm just baffled at the unprofessionalism, and the excuses they keep making to avoid taking responsibility for their lack of care. This is really not the St andrews I grew up with.
