My experience of Howard's is 5 +++ I was on holiday in Carmarthen and my car broke down. I asked if they could help, they told me to bring my car in and they'll have a look at it By the way my car is left hand drive from Germany I got my car back within 5 days and the car is running a lot better than before so thank you very Very much to all the team .

Great team and always willing to help and go beyond. We love our Ssangyong and the servicing and repairs are reasonable.
This is the second time we’ve purchased a pick up from Howards. The sales service was excellent and seamless. They organised the finance and all the additions we wanted for our vehicle, such as tow bar etc. The product, Ssangyong, also gives them advantage, delivering on quality through a 7 year guarantee or 150k mileage… these are the factors we looked at, not some prestige meaningless badge offering little guarantee for the quality of their product. Thank you Howards!
I bought my ssangyong korando here in 2015 and then a Peugeot 2008 in 2018. Richard Sutton has been marvellous and managed to find exactly the cars I wanted on both occasions and the vehicles have been serviced by Howards too. I have found all dealings with Howard's first class, sales and service are both friendly and very effective. Thank you Howards
It was somewhat of a shock to learn earlier this year that the then only Subaru dealer in West Wales had lost the dealership and after almost 25 years of Subaru ownership, I needed to consider the possibility of a complete change to another vehicle brand. I was very pleased when Howards contacted me to say that they had been granted the dealership for West Wales and I have not looked back since. Tim, Walter and particularly Richard, together with the Service Staff, looked after all my requirements and concerns. As a result, I purchased a new Forester and thanks to them, I will remain a dedicated Subaru customer. Richard thank you for your assistance and for your attention to detail.

I went to Howards for my new Motibility car, the service I received was awe inspiring, nothing was too much trouble. When the delivery was held back they even supplied me with a courtesy car so I could attend a funeral in Gloucester. The entire staff worked faultlessly to ensure I left with a really fantastic car - Peugeot 2008!

We have just purchased our 5th SsangYong Tivoli from Howard's, our second 4x4 one. We had a break and bought a couple of different make vehicles but we have come home to Howard's again. SsangYong can't be beaten on reliability and value for money, and who wouldn't want 7 year warranty on their vehicle??? The staff at Howard's, especially Richard, Walter and Tim are always so easy to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for them. My husband drives a Skoda Octavia VRS, his dream car, but, is now seriously thinking of coming back to the " Howard's family " to have another Korando........great choice dear!!!!! Get ready for the phone call Richard!!!!!!
