Brilliant service from start to finish by Andrew Farrand and the rest of the team. Both Andrew and the rest of the team made us feel comfortable and they were all exceptionally friendly. At no moment did they feel like a sleazy salesman you can get at some dealerships. Andrew was honest and genuine and loved to have a chat. Hope his new jet is going well. I've been a salesman myself in the past and expected some of the 'talk etc' but didn't experience any of this. The extras you get from Toyota are brilliant also. Ended up having 2 test drives which was not an issue, even with the 2nd being asked for on the spot. Would highly recommend purchasing from FRF Toyota in Carmarthen. If needed, and hopefully not, but hopefully their service and warranty department are just as great to deal with.
It was a big risk changing my car but I am loving my new car . It's a Yaris hybrid so better for my conscious and an automatic. I have never driven an automatic so was worried...but no need to be The car is easy to drive, a smooth ride and the fuel lasts longer and no need to worry about plugging. A win win I did have to wait some time to get her but worth the wait. James in Carmarthen was brilliant...go and see him....
Really great customer service, delicious free coffee. Helped me get a table and chair to sit and work on my laptop whilst my car got serviced. Very happy customer.
Recently bought a new Aygo X at Carmarthen Toyota garage . I am really impressed with my car and the service at The garage. The salesman Patrick was such a lovely man , very helpful , friendly and professional , not pushy like a “ salesman”. My car was ready for pick up 2 days after I bought it. I have bought 4 Toyotas from this garage and my daughter has also bought from here. We have always had brilliant service . Would recommend to anyone .

Fantastic garage friendly and easy to talk to. I had a problem with my Toyota hilux 2021 plate and it went to builth Toyota 1st and they were really rude to me and said there was nothing wrong. Frf took in and 1 hr later found problem and sorting next week I am si pleased with them and taking lot of stress of me for finding problem. Thank you Toyota frf service team. Will bringing some biscuits for them
*UPDATE* Following the usual response from FRF, let me be clear that at the time of being offered a full refund I was not made aware of the rust issues, I was offered at that point the option for you to buy back but this came at a significant financial loss to myself. You comment on your MOT and the MOT previous but FRF, should have yet failed to disclose the issue with the corrosion.**Very poor experience buying from FRF Carmarthen. Bought an Auris which was involved in an accident whilst being delivered, I accept this is out of their control. Their body shop did a poor job of the repair with numerous clips not replaced on the bumper. The car was also sold to me with a corroded rear subframe and rear coils. None of this was disclosed to me prior to purchase or listed as an advisory on the MOT they carried out before I purchased the vehicle. I had the vehicle inspected a couple of weeks after ownership by another Toyota dealer who raised the corrosion issues. The MOT I have recently had also listed as advisories what FRF Carmarthen seemingly didn't want to disclose. Transparency and honesty clearly not important to this dealership. Would never buy a car from this dealer and would advise others to think carefully given my experience.
Had a great experience with FRF Carmarthen. Mr. Andrew Farrand Sales Exec. is an absolute gentleman. He found a car suitable for my budget within no time and got it financed although it was not a usual case since I had been in the UK for only a month and had limited credit history. Highly recommended to anyone interested in buying toyota around the area to go see Mr. Farrand, a great professional that he is, you won't be disappointed! Kudos!
