Flow in the dark for the kids was fun. $30 is a bit much, but this place has never been cheap. You do get 2 hours, but honestly they can do an hour and half on a good day. Claw machines are a complete rip off. You don't win!Visited onPublic holiday

I love bringing my daughter to Flying Squirrel. The staff here are always super kind and understanding. My daughter is on the spectrum, and not only is the pricing for her amazing. 8$!!! they give us a purple band for free! so I can join her in the attractions, play and keep her safe. It’s the only trampoline park we go to. Today, though, there was some drama with a mom who wasn’t following the no-parents rule in the jungle gym. She started yelling at the staff, claiming she was TikTok famous and accusing them of discrimination. It was pretty gross to see her use her kid’s disability as an excuse to be rude. The staff handled it really well, offering to get her the right band, but she just kept going on and on, even when the manager tried to talk to her. The swearing was out of this world and inappropriate for a kids place. Not to mention that the workers are teens/kids themselves!!! Despite the chaos, the staff remained professional and patient. They’re always great with my daughter, and this experience just made me appreciate them even more. I hope people like that mom realize how hard the staff works and think twice before acting out. Flying Squirrel is the best, and we’ll definitely keep coming back!

I felt like a scam was going on, every time you open your locker you have to put in another two dollars. So when I went to go use my phone to pay for drinks for the kids. The debt was down and has been for weeks. I was upset because I only wanted to pay once or twice if needed for the locker which I think is reasonable. Anything over 4 dollars for a locker is definitely over priced. So I had to reopen the locker to get my actual card! There was no sign saying the tap didn’t work. staff was very rude when I asked about a sign?. Love park it self very fun and the kids loved it Worst part is I’m actually not cheep. Just felt very set up to scam people for more money.
An indoor trampoline park open for ages 2-60+y/o. Prices start @23CAD tax not included, you also have to buy trampoline socks for an hour of fun. You have to fill out waivers either online or before paying. Foods not allowed but for hydration purposes bring your water or buy within the establishment. Dont want to jump you can relax on their massage machines price start @2CAD for 6mins. And the establishment is not responsible of your personal belongings.
This is now the second time attending this place and my child has gotten hurt soley becasue the none existent staff around certain areas and they like.to hang out in the office and other children are just allowed to just do whstever they plesse with balls and sponges. 30 is also very steep. Will never be comming back.
It would be great if one juice box per child was included in the party package. Other than that, the space is very good and the staff manage the party time perfectly. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of care and professionalism at this place. My daughter suffered a serious injury—she broke her leg while playing—and their response was completely unacceptable. They refused to call an ambulance at first and suggested moving her themselves, which could have made things even worse. To make matters worse, they didn’t even turn on the lights or lower the music, continuing as if nothing had happened while my child was in extreme pain. The most shocking part came when the manager approached us *as she was being put into the ambulance* and had the nerve to offer us free tickets, like that would somehow make up for this terrible experience. This place clearly has no respect for safety or the well-being of its guests. I would never recommend it to anyone.
Literally the best place for the kids young and old! Basketball, trampolines, jousting, rock wall climbing, arcade, kids birthday parties, high flying trampolines, crash mats for acrobatic practice, dodge ball....and on and on!
