Bast, Claire + team (aka Sprout Health Foods) represent so much more than a great health food shop, in fact, I'd go as far as to say they are the new cultural heart of Newquay! There's also a fine cafe, Sprout Cinema, and mucho other events! Thanks guys for doing what you do ++1

The alternative to coffee that they make is delicious.grind down turmeric, ginger liquorice etc. And blend with coconut milk. Absolutely brilliant. They still do coffee. And threshold a huge pine table that u sit at. Very helpful couple and the shop is crammed with absolutely every spices, herbs u could think of. I bought some rurmeric tea bags and they are amazing. Helped my congestion a lot as it's anti flam. Xx could have stayed all day.well done sprout health 😀😗

The only place where we could get a Gluten Free Pasty for our Coeliac son. Very friendly knowledgeable staff/owner? it's full of that wholesome good for you type food and it's all nicely presented. Quite high on the price range, but that's what you would expect for quality organic products that save the environment. It's not that easy to find and is hidden down a side street.
