Honestly if I could give them a hundred stars I would they look after my dog so well now she has an ongoing heart condition. The vets are so kind and caring, as they were with my first dog, I don’t think I could ever go to a different vet
They have never been even remotely on time for any appointments, still sat here 55 minutes late for a vaccine appointment with 2 unsettled cats stuck in carriers in a stiflingly warm waiting area. 25 mins is pretty standard for them, but this is beyond reasonable in my opinion, after asking twice they finally sent a vet out who told me there had been an emergency said emergency dog was waiting outside when I arrived an hour ago, who’s owner had also asked if they would be much longer, after much back and forth I was told ‘there are other vets if you’re not happy’. I have always given them the benefit of the doubt having been with them for many years but this is annoying now. I believe they book too many appointments with not enough vets and bad time management. I understand things crop up unexpectedly but this could have been communicated at any point in the last hour. Had to leave in the end with no vaccines done… have now registered all of our pets elsewhere, enough is enough.
I changed to Scarsdale Vets near the end of my dog's time with us. He had an illness that caused his quality of life to decline rapidly.nnThe vets here were amazing, very professional and compassionate. I couldn't recommend them more.
A little unreliable with cancelling appointments with my dog but a really friendly clinic where I am more than happy to attend for the welfare of my dog. I do recommend this practice to others looking for a good, local vets.
Waited half an hour to be seen, then another 10 minutes while vet went to get an estimate of costs. Overall we were there for 1hour and 10 minutes only 10 minutes for the blood test. Ridiculous. When I spoke up about the wait the receptionist made me feel very guilty and no explanation was given. For the amount of money they charge I would expect better service. Been with them for over 30 years but it's gone downhill and money seems to be all they care about.
