We needed some updates to our bathrooms and the floor in our gameroom. The bathrooms had the flooring upgraded and added a backslash to the sinks. The gameroom had carpet added and the ceramic tile in front of the fireplace. The staff was friendly and very helpful with the selections. The installers were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up after the install. We will definitely return to Springtown Floors when we need future upgrades.
Zero stars for this vendor. I’ve had them tile our brand new house… fast forward 2.5 years later and we’re still having issues. Tile measured and laid out wrong, tile and floor buckling and grout constantly breaking off. We have countless tiles that are chipped and not even. The owner Brian cussed me out because I told them they need to fix their job. Not once, not twice, but three times they “fixed” it and turned it around to where I was the bad guy. He even tried to charge me to fix his mistakes. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home when he didn’t want to take accountability. He does not take accountability for himself or his crew. Do not use this vendor.
Walked in to a friendly and inviting place. Dealt with several of the ladies and got a measurement. Took a bit to get my loan squared away but once it was complete we went up and finalized the order and selected the tile. Couldn't ask for an easier transaction. They were cheaper than many others to include the big box stores. Looking forward to seeing this floor in our forever house!
They did excellent on my tile work!! Speak to Brian and they will do you right.
Great place for flooring we had our house done three bedrooms their guys were excellent very nice people do you need flooring still there cheap.
Got the floors at my home done about 2 months ago.. they left the grout different colors, have been trying to contact Bryan the owner and of course keeps giving me the run around. He said and I'll quote " we will do this right will fix it " and he doesn't even return my calls anymore. I wouldn't recommend anyone unless he keeps his word and makes this right. I'm tired of calling him and I get no answers back. My floor were left un even and don't recommend anyone getting screwed by him. Very unprofessional.
I went to the store made an appointment for Saturday, I told them I do not get off work until 3:30 home by 4:00. Was told that would be fine that they would be there between 4 and 5. I did not know they closed at 2, of course they didn't mention it. No one called to let me know they couldn't come out. When I called the cell number on the card no answer and no return call. Needless to say I'm taking my business elsewhere.
A truck ran me off the road and my car, me and my daughter skidded into their parking lot and the woman behind the desk came out to check on me when I had nobody close to me and they let us stay inside to get warm and wait. Best customer service I have seen in a while because they actually genuinely were making sure me and my daughter were okay.
Brian and his team have done several dozen jobs for me and all have been awesome. Would definitely recommend for all things flooring, tile, and carpet!
Super nice people!! Great prices. A pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend. Our installer, Ramón, was a hard worker and did a great job!
