Right I’m here to call out all of these people leaving one star reviews. I will be honest, I did order the food, and then saw the reviews and I was a-bit concerned. HOWEVER, the food was not greasy, it wasn’t dry, it was tasty, and freshly cooked, it was exactly what I expected, when I ordered Chinese food. The duck pancakes were delicious and we demolished them. The chow mien, was one of the best chow mien I have ever had. All of the food was hot. All of it is gone. And I’m happy. My only bad point, was delivery time was about 20 mins over, BUT it is Saturday night and delivery is down to just eat which is slightly out of their control, but it was worth the wait. I will be ordering again.
Ordered food twice at this place through JustEat second time by mistake as forgot this was the place I ordered the first time. The first time, the food was delayed by over an hour. We called a couple times, the first time the food wasn't even cooked even though it said it was delivered they forgot about our order. The second time "the driver couldn't find our flat" and trust me it's not very difficult to find our flat. The second order, once again, it was delayed and I had to call to chase up. It was updated as "with driver" and half an hour after the food still didn't get to us, which is strange as it's a 5 mins drive to the takeaway from our flat. We got the food in the end. Both times, the food is not exactly super tasty. It's very basic and the sauces seem to be just poured over the food to make it have some taste. One of the worst Chinese I've had, to be fair. I will not order from this place again
Absolutely disgusting food and service. Had to bin the entire order due to health and safety issues. It seems they are cooking and selling recycled and stale food to customers. The staff and owners are also extremely rude and can not be trusted. They should be investigated and shut down for breaking UK healthy and safety rules as well as reported to the environment and food standards agency as soon as possible. Buyers Beware!!!
I have ordered food from “Deliveroo” and wow one of the worst Chinese I ever had was so disappointed especially when I’m very hungry and can’t eat. The Crispy Sweet Chilli Chicken Sauce never tasted anything like it I had no idea what that was and had to of stopped and it’s taking one spoonful!
This place is truly appalling. The food is bland, well the food i relieved, half was missing and most spelt through the bag. Delivery time - nearly 2 hours. I phoned and the man that answered was so disgustingly rude. I hope they get closed down.
It was my first time ordering from just Eat . Delivery driver came to our door . Rang our bell and he refused to deliver the food on the 4th floor . I specifically ordered for chilli oil onto of my food they didn't . I will never order anything from them again . So disappointed.
On the positive side, it arrived very quickly and was hot. Unfortunately it's one of the worst Chinese meals I can remember having. Two dishes were just meat doused in sweet chilli sauce. Do not recommend. I will not be returning.
This is one of the nastiest Chinese foods I have ever eaten. I do not understand why some take-aways in this current age rush to cook their food. The chicken balls were undercooked health risk, the chips were stale, ribs were hard and some of the prawn crackers were brown on the edges…...gross. The chips, ribs and prawn crackers tasted like they were cooked the day before. I do not understand why they have great reviews on Just Eat.
Didn't even notice when I first went in or I wouldn't have bought anything. Cruel enough to keep fish in a tank but there is one in particular, a lone fish, massive in a tiny tank. Not even enough space to do one lap. Just stuck in there, forever no stimulation unable to do anything except stare out and wait for its miserable life to end. For no reason. The cruelty and ignorance is inconceivable.
Food was over 1h late, didn't even have the decency to call or let us now. The delivery driver didn't have change, so I had to pay more than expected. Food was way below the average, watery and tasted bad. The only barely decent dish was chicken fried rice. Horrible experience, avoid at all costs.
