I needed a quick place to do laundry during a vacation. The owner charged by weight and even offered to deliver to our hotel that was a block away. The price was reasonable at £35 for a medium size duffle full of dirty laundry. The convenience saved us having to sit at a laundry mat, wasting several hours of valuable time out or having to return before the shop before close to pickup our clothes. Recommend!
Would give it a zero star review if I could. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO HERE. Gave them an expensive jacket for a simple alteration, and they completely messed it up. The jacket is now completely destroyed with random bulges everywhere, and terrible stitching. When I told him of the issues he simply shrugged his shoulders and insist that I pay the exorbitant amount that they charge.
They seemed nice, clothes was nicely folded, got it back the same day. Quoted me 24 pounds for my laundry weight. Then charged me 34 pounds when I was putting my clothes away. Didn't see it until I looked at my receipt later. In U.S dollar that takes you from $29 to $41. Not much to say other than make sure they honor their quote according to weight.
Great service !! I needed to have a zip changed and the waist of my party dress enlarged and it was done perfectly well in two days ! Thanks a lot for the top notch service . I also had two items for dry cleaning and it was great ! I had both things delivered to my hotel in Paddington . I highly recommend this store and I will definitely go back once in London
After being told my sports coat would be ready by the next day at 3:30pm, I hurried back to the cleaner only for my coat to not be there. I was asked if I wanted to go across town to pick it up to which I replied no as I was in town only for business and was using public transportation. I was told it would be ready by 6:30 which was a conflict of interest to me as I had plans that were time sensitive and I couldn't come back before they closed at 8 or in the morning before they opened as I had an early flight back home. The first guy that was there was very apologetic but the second guy that was there was nonchalant about the inconvenience and the fact thay I had to rearrange my whole evening to come back at 6:30; I was still charged the full £8 for the cleaning too! The definition of terrible customer service! I will never do business here again when I'm back in the UK.
Such great service! One of the buttons on my coat fell off, so I took it here and it was done very quickly. When I pulled out my wallet, the woman insisted that it was an easy fix and refused to accept any money. She was so kind and generous! I will be back here for the great quality and even better customer service. :
I would highly recommend this dry cleaner. The prices were competitive, the staff was friendly and the hours were quite flexible. I never had a problem the two years I took my clothes to them. I had only one issue with lost items which was caused by me. They were more than willing to rectify the situation to keep me happy.
I can wholehearted recommend Spring Dry Cleaners. I was a customer for 4 and a half years until I moved away. Over that time the service was: on time, high quality, they never lost a shirt or item and found my cufflinks when I accidentally left them in my shirt!. The people are also very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
