Complete lack of respect and any manners to delivery drivers, all I have done is turn up on time in good order with 24 pallets that they have ordered, was made to feel like I was in the wrong and these items shouldn’t have turned up, if they weren’t supposed to turn up or you didn’t want them then why have they been booked in? why not just send them back ‍.  Is it any wonder no one wants to drive lorries these days? Look out for the 2nd hgv driver shortage that’s incoming, very few people are joining this industry but many are leaving due to problems like this

Despite being told in advance of the rude lady in reception she was very pleasant and helpful. Bit slow in getting you tipped but otherwise good place to go

Quite strict on time,but very pleasant anyway. Lads on yard are easy enough to get along with, not long tipping either.

Reception lady needs to learn some manners. Very very rude. Warehouse lads were very helpful.

Lady in the intercome is better not to comment very rude etc...  Long time for loading and unloading.
