Shockingly poor service from Ben. Just wanted to try on some shoes - was left waiting nearly 30 minutes while he went to fetch some, finally he came back with another customer and had completely forgotten about me. I asked him if he had the shoes I’d asked to try on but he just said we don’t have any in your size and then walked off. Needless to say, I left fuming and didn’t buy anything. I won’t be shopping there again.

I have to say it was a pleasure to walk around this store.  It is the most organised, clean and tidy store I've ever been in! And the staff were friendly too! Mostly unheard of in my experience with other stores.
